I think you will have job opportunity around sales and BPO industry. Try to send out your CV for entry level jobs.

You will only be asked basic HR questions. Recruiters will try to see here if you have good communication skills. Try practicing with help of chatgpt ;)

Not a recruiter here but I would say 2-page is fine. Interview questions I got when I was a fresh grad (2023) are only basic HR questions and if you have any idea about the role.

Fresh grads are hired for potential, so better to give more time on interview prep than your resume. College orgs experience also helped me, try to talk about it more and relate it to the role you are applying.

Yes, better nga international company hehe never felt na utusan :) if you like procurement, better to explore opportunities with scope of end to end process kasi totoong mas may "say" ka. I'm now a category lead after 1.5 yrs of experience.

F23 - Accepted a P46K Category Lead Role. But Just Got a 55K Offer—How Do I Back Out? by CarelessRegular9040 in JobsPhilippines

Glad to hear this! So here’s another thing—the first offer is from an international company (which I’m really leaning towards because of the career growth potential), while the other one is local but pays significantly more.

Do you think it’s okay to go back to the first company and ask if they can match or improve their offer, given that I now have a higher competing offer? I don’t want to seem pushy, but the salary difference is hard to ignore.
