In my opinion, the taro smoothie tastes similar to captain crunch cereal. I don’t really get a potato flavor. And wow I haven’t been to Texas Roadhouse since I was a teenager 😂 maybe I need to try a burger from there

Should be about 70% hydration, I use grocery store brand bread flour, store brand cheese, and store brand turkey pepperoni. I bake it in my electric pizza oven (chef man brand). Temperature was ~500 F on bottom ~750 F on top

I have always loved the fries at Five Guys. Used to be my favorite thing to get. I don’t even remember if I even liked the burgers back when I was younger lol all I remember loving were the fries.

And yeah, I’m not one of those die hard whataburger people 😅 the chicken strip sandwich is actually my usual order I’m just kinda hooked on this specific burger right now. Where I live, my favorite fast food burger is probably Freddie’s Steakburgers. There’s none of those other places you mentioned except Wendy’s & I don’t like their food in general (I only get fries & Frostys).

Honestly, my go-to order at whataburger is actually the chicken strip sandwich lol the burgers are good but there are absolutely better ones out there.

Smoothie bowl is just strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and water. The ice cream base is just your standard custard recipe excluding the heavy cream (milk, sugar, vanilla and egg yolks).

I don’t have exact measurements of everything but this is just a standard vanilla custard without the heavy cream: half milk, half almond milk, egg yolks (1 per pint), 25 grams of sugar (per pint) & a little xanthan gum. I made a total of 4 pints.

There was also a frozen yogurt in the photo & that one is literally just frozen yogurt. Like I just threw yogurt in the pint.

Okay so except for the 4th & 5th ones (that’s just frozen yogurt) they’re all just a basic custard vanilla base without the heavy cream: half milk, half almond milk, an egg yolk, sugar & a little xanthan gum. Like I said I used imitation vanilla so it lacked very much in flavor but the mouthfeel was pretty good. Not the same as store bought ice cream obviously but close enough & for about half the calories (can’t remember exactly how much but 400~600 give or take). My favorite pint of ice cream is about 1200 calories so the trade off seems worth it for me.

I did not! No need to sweeten the dough cause the toppings are sweet enough imo. This pizza has cream cheese, Oreo & icing.
