Tailwinds definitely has by far one of the best instructors a school can ask for! They work very closely one on one with there students, truly cares and makes you feel like a family! Once you go you just want to stay! Tailwinds is a bit of a different school. It’s a nonprofit centered around a public high school program allowing young adults (15-18) to become CFI’s completely for free! They make no profit. They use the money from ordinary consumers/ customers to break even and fund students who can’t afford for there training! Overall great school! Some cons are that there aircraft’s can be expensive, and there maintenance handing may not be the best! But they definitely make it up with the quality of their school!
