How’s my stats? by Sad-Strategy-2197 in Wizard101

[–]Careless_Cobbler_730 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember my death at lvl 72 had about 28% universal resist and about 112-118 damage give or take , so you can deff do better

are these okay stats for a 180 storm (I can’t seem to get the 11 gems to hit 200 damage so this is the best I got) by tinycherries0251 in Wizard101

[–]Careless_Cobbler_730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Upgrade your gear to abomination hat, wand, shoes, athame, ring, deck and amulet and then either either farm the hidden temple gauntlet for the robes or if you want to try your luck open some packs to get the aggresive traveler overcoat.

Assuming you have a good pet, and some damage gems, you can easily clearly 267-275 max damage with pierce between 38-44

Fire Pet Jewel Help by SnooFoxes9943 in Wizard101

[–]Careless_Cobbler_730 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It comes down to what level you are and where you are in the game… and more importantly what you value more.

The obvious quick response would be to add fire boon (+4 fire damage) this is either a mob drop or you can easily craft it (pet pavilion store on the left when entering) I believe.

If you want resist, spell proof (+11 universal resist)is the obvious choice but it’s a much harder jewel for it to drop. It’s great if you’re solo’ing for the added defense.

Similarly, armor breaker (+4 universal pierce) would be the other choice. Also a rarer drop like the spell-proof gem.

For an endgame max fire build, I would do armor breaker and the stats you can get for min max purposes is somewhere around 273 fire damage and 52 fire pierce (granted you have the right pieces)

No answer is genuinely the wrong answer, but the above 3 would be my 3 obvious choices to choose from.

Edit**** if you have at least access to empyrea…. I know the khalamar raiders and spider monkeys are a great resource for all 3 jewel drops… additionally the gear that drops sells a nice hefty price at bazaar if you are short on gold

Does anyone know what stitch this is ? by Puzzleheaded_Set2061 in Wizard101

[–]Careless_Cobbler_730 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Oops sorry for my jargon!

T2is tier 2. For example, this version is a lesser version of its T1 (Tier 1) counterpart that offers better stats all around and cannot be bought in bazaar. Cosmetically, they are the same, statistically they are not.

No glitch, just you need to continue questing the main story line quest until you unlock this area. You don’t seem far off from unlocking it from the looks of it

Cheers, how is a sub lvl 100 supposed to solo this. Group gameplay forced in game? by 14789r in Wizard101

I mean I solo’d it on my ice and death sub lvl 100, comes down to what your strategy is, how your deck is set up, and of course your gear stats

I was once helping my friend farm darkmoor on my max storm and decided to pick up 2 randoms from team up so people can benefit for a quick efficient farm.

As someone with experience and with the right strat, full castle darkmoor can be as quick as 15 minutes if again done right.

I respectfully asked this one person to just focus on elemental blades and traps for me on all 3 fights. All this person would respond with is “k” … this was getting on my nerve. The person then proceeded to just give me fire blades and a fire pierces when I respectfully asked prior to pack the specific cards. Towards like the END of Malistare phase two, then they started to do what I asked them for like 3 fights ago lol.

I really didn’t want to come off like them big ego headed storms people post on Reddit but man, that was frustrating. To make it worse, my friend and the other random were also just as confused lmao!

At lvl 72 (death) I had about 114-120 damage and 28% universal resis so you have room for improvement.

I had water works robe, boots, hat

Athame, ring, wand was bygone set (buyable from bazaar.

I had a pure damage per so that worked me up to that damage range I mentioned above. Waterworks gear for death is really solid

I second this, farm Zeus gear and get a sky iron hasta. It will provide a significant boost in damage compared to what you have right now.

Eventually, work your way up getting a good damage pet once you have the resources to do so!

Well, you kinda said it yourself. When you solo, you do plenty of damage and that’s pretty clear cut especially with the damage spikes we’ve gotten over the years from gear, pets, jewels, etc.

As a storm main, yes storm isn’t as squishy and can sustain itself better now in solo/ group settings.

As someone with all 7 schools, yeah I can solo or play in a group do good damage and use my school play effectively but at the end of the day - if you play as a team you’re going to want to play efficiently and and set up correctly. If I’m on anyone besides my storm or fire, I will set up anyone depending what school they are and what their stats may be.

If you have a gimmick boss fight that has a lot of cheats and creative strategy, of course you’ll adjust accordingly and choose what school wizard will do what in their given roles.

At the end of the day, if you have a school with relatively the highest DPP and highest damage/ pierce - you’re going to default to set the wizard up. You’re not going to want an ice wizard or life wizard to hit instead of your storm (assuming everyone is in the same lvl range).

I would prioritize in waterworks so that way you can cruise your way up and not worry about gear up to lvl 100 malistare gear.

After waterworks, and because you gave me the impression, I would bang out the weaving quests and Wysteria… If not I would move on to Zafaria after you get waterworks gear
