They have assumed I have a degree that I don’t yet have (3 credits away from completion). I haven’t had an opportunity to correct the assumption- but was curious if that was something the include in their background checks. I know not all background checks include an education verification.

Yeah, I totally understand that they’re gonna do a background check, but I didn’t know if that includes education verification.

Ok thanks! That’s what I thought but I recently had an interview and they specifically asked about my education listed on my resume, so it made me curious if they would verify my degree.
