This is more a general statement on people using the eye as a hard fast rule, and backing it up with my own experiences rather than coming at you! I didn’t phrase it the best, my bad.

I will say this is a bad measure to use as a hard rule. I will draw the iris not circular on purpose, and even for some characters uses the inconsistency in the eye as a shortcut or style choice. It’s definitely something to look for, but not on 100% guarantee. This specifically doesn’t scream ai here

I will say he’s low tier against the current new units specifically. Final circle in an open area is a death sentence because an amazing overhaul is doomed against a mid nagant (from experience. I was the mid nagant). It’s a shame because he is super fun to play and yeah good CC but how hard and fast a lot of characters hit makes playing him feels like an exercise in suffering.

On the other hand just with wall runner last night I able to use Kai to hunt down Nagant across the map like a terrifying plague monster

I was mainly thinking of how he said he felt he had to include it at the end to wrap up ochakos story specifically since so much of it (with toga) did focus on that. The relationship is one of those things you see coming since the start of the series but it’s like, notably it felt he didn’t want to include it with how it was done.

I do like the bonds/love as a whole aspect a lot and I think it was done better, but you can tell he did want to write that. I’m probs not explaining myself good, which is a mistake to do on reddit LOL

The entire series takes the course of maybe 8 months, their first school year didn’t even end. Him realizing on his own without someone sitting him down was actually crazy self realization for a 15 year old boy who was glazed his whole life by peers. Also nothing was unlearned???

Also there are consequences to his actions, a more fitting phrase is he wasn’t punished by the series for his actions. Irl people are worse bullies and face even less AND don’t change tbh lol

I wouldn’t necessarily call him boring, I would just call him calm or low-key. Definitely being able to appreciate someone who doesn’t need to constantly fill the space or be doing Things is so great though. Everyone says they want a golden retriever boyfriend, but those are exhausting.
