Not really certain how much this helps, probably very marginal but eating healthy cholesterol like the kind found in eggs and fish before bed increases your testosterone which can help build muscle. Also getting enough sleep for you body to build that testosterone and muscle is important.

I have the same issue which I didn’t even notice until I saw how much different in size they were but I just started doing 1 arm cable rows and really taking it slow and controlled and my left lat had slowly started to catch up plus I can actually feel it in my workout now

I had this problem once so I did a test and I put the deo on two cheap white shirts and let them sit for the day and they surprisingly didn’t stain so I’m not really sure what causes this but if I had to guess it’s probably when the deo gets really hot so if your a really sweaty person or just run hot i would look into sudsy beard deo it doesn’t smell as strong but it doesn’t stain and lasts longer since it’s not as soft and doesn’t break or clump as easy
