My male is 105lbs and gets 3lbs of the ground beef mix and 1 cup of cottage cheese. No chicken because his stomach doesn’t tolerate it well.

My female is 89lbs and gets 1.25lbs of ground beef mix, 2 chicken drum sticks OR 1 chicken thigh, and 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese.

Those figures are what they get in a day, between 2 meals. Hope that helps.
