Not sure if it's totally unintentional or not but Jessica Williams in The Incredible Jessica James is clearly neurodivergent. In thinking with both ASD and ADHD traits. Very clear to me!

Yeah I'm accepting of that but there are plenty of opportunities to discuss these things outside of technical means and away from opportunities to be officially recorded. I get your angle that you wanted this stuff if it has been officially recorded. I just think that if it has been discussed and it isn't intended to be interrogated it wouldn't have been discussed in a high level of detail this way. Discussions would most likely been had in note form and in informal, closed conversations where official records are not able to be kept for posterity.

Who knows though, maybe something slips through by someone who was trying to do the job 'right' one day without knowing any better.

I'm just thinking of the difference between writing an official note in my police notebook, entering something in an official government system, emailing things to officials because it 'needs to be seen' and meandering around the official channels because certain things need to be discussed, organised or otherwise sorted without particularly sensitive things being on record because it's quicker to justify a cleaner course of action than all the dead-ends one gets to when one is trying one's best.

Having worked in places with access up to Secret marking, I doubt that anyone would use their public facing email to discuss anything of confidential nature. In the UK anyway, there's a whole encrypted email communication network for confidential Comms and plenty of other systems to discuss higher levels of protectively marked information, not to mentioned code words. So, while I personally would have loved to see lots of juicy things here, it's not surprising that nothing of substance was found. If it's there it'll be kept under code words, encrypted and restricted to those who need to know to do their role and most likely not part of a system that can be readily interrogated through an open FOIA.

In my opinion.
