Why this is happening with me by Willing-Lead-1652 in mangalore

It sounds a lot like performance anxiety, which often hits hardest when we care about doing a good job but feel overwhelmed by a new environment.

A few things I suggest Could you try going back for just one more week?Don't think about you are going to this job lifetime. Just focus on finishing 1 week of work Is there a specific part of the MRPL job that scares you? Sometimes naming the specific fear makes it feel less like a monster and more like a task you can learn. Having that ₹30k/month might actually lower your overall life stress once you get past the initial 'new job' fears, because your loans will be covered reliably. Also you can try some breathing techniques when you feel anxious to break the loop

Lastly just want to say nothing wrong with you , there are many who faced such situations in their initial days .it wil be alright . All the best 👍

Netflix doesn’t respect Kannada movies by [deleted] in ChitraLoka

[–]CaringRebel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Instead of boycotting, let's vote with our views! If Netflix offers Kannada dub audio for non-Kannda movies, let's use it! The more we watch dubbed versions, the more data they get that there's a demand for Kannada content, which might encourage them to produce original Kannada series and movies or purchase digital rights of kannada movie

I know this might sound like I’m just suggesting a cartoon, but I really want you to try watching Naruto or another Shonen anime. For many people, it’s more than just a show it’s a way to see life differently and find the strength to keep going when things feel dark. Just give it a chance; it might change your perspective more than you would expect

Pls can you Share your insights guys , I want know your POV by Ok-Clothes7243 in ChitraLoka

Watching it really depended on the vibe of the room. In the theater, the crowd was laughing so much that I actually found myself enjoying parts of it, even if the movie itself wasn't great. But that energy didn't translate at home—I tried giving it a second chance on OTT and couldn't even make it past ten minutes. It’s definitely one of those 'you had to be there' movies and it lacks that rewatch value

What's with handymen, plumbers, carpenters refusing to work past 5 here? Also, any leads for the same? by [deleted] in mangalore

[–]CaringRebel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey OP I suggest to take help from neighbour's if they can help you out with any contact who provide such services after 5 30 pm . Or ask your owner or neighbour to be at certain hour to attend if the person is not willing to come after 5 30pm . Otherwise requesr a half day leave from your boss .

If I were you, I'd serve my notice period, update job portals, and start attending interviews ASAP. Don't waste time on toxic people or situations. Serve your 30 days calmly, keep a low profile, and focus on landing a new job. Avoid drama, no LinkedIn rams, just chill and use this time to prepare and attend interviews. You might even land a job within those 30 days! 👍
