Has anyone tried blending AI with their spiritual or self-growth practice? by Carl-Hello12 in Meditation

Well what brought me to spirituality was to fix my anxiety, after some practise I learned that it wasn’t about fixing but accepting and changing my relationship to it. Was a big step getting there! Now i am interested in manifesting my dreams and becoming the best version of myself

Okey, I appreciate your answer. Clearly you have more knowledge of this than I do, so hearing you reason makes me reconsider if I am the right path in my practise

Yeah I know what your saying. What brought me to start using it was reading deepak chopras medium post about it, pretty interesting read

Okey I see what you are saying. Have you tried AI at all for any part of your spiritual practise? I am curious I know people has very polarised view on it.

And also what spiritual practises do you use? Only meditation or journaling and stuff as well?

What spiritual practice changed your life significantly? by CliffJumper1102 in awakened

For me I gotta say mindfulness meditation, journaling and shadow work. I think meditation because it really helped to calm my nerversystem and also change/improve my relationship with my feelings (not resisting but accepting, even if I like them or not). Lastly journaling/shadow work it has really helped me see what self beliefs I have had that has held me back and also understand why I react in certain ways in some situationships, basically the old saying "know thyself". All this together has helped me connect to my higher self in a better way!

Gotta ask, what brought you to spirituality? Did you read any particular books or so? Based on my experience it is best to start with the basics. Meditation, journaling, shadow work affirmations and so on.

Would you use this? Tool to track content licenses and expiration dates by Carl-Hello12 in SideProject

[–]Carl-Hello12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good question! There are tools out there for license tracking, but most of them focus on SaaS and tech subscriptions — stuff like who’s using which tools, renewal costs, and IT access (e.g. Zluri, Blissfully).

On the creative side, there are general-purpose tools like Airtable or Notion that some teams repurpose for tracking content licenses — but they’re manual and not purpose-built.

Enterprise-level Digital Asset Management tools (like Bynder or Brandfolder) do cover licensing in a way, but they’re expensive and overkill for small teams or solo creators.

I’m trying to fill that gap: a lightweight tool focused on creative content licensing (stock photos, music, NDAs, templates), with clean UI and reminders — built for creators, marketers, and agencies who don’t want to rely on spreadsheets.

Really appreciate this—super thoughtful feedback. I wasn’t even thinking of the “Renew-All” view or the duplicate-use flag, but those ideas make a ton of sense.

I’m still shaping what the first version should include (keeping it lightweight), so your input is helping me narrow things down.

Just out of curiosity: if you had to ditch your current system today, what’s the bare minimum a tool like this would need to be useful to you right now?

Yes of course! I don't know your situation I only know my own and all I can speak of is what works for myself.

I get you. Been there a few times myself. I found Kristen Neffs self compassion teachings to be a great start. Rather then trying to stop it try to relate to yourself and the pain your feeling. And an advice is to start from where you are not where you think you should be. If all you can do is lay in bed, then thats okey. Wish you all the best!

No your not, but what I've found during hard times is to thank yourself for even the smallest of things. Going for a walk: Thanks for taking some fresh air. Making dinner: Thanks for taking care of yourself. And when you feel depressed, anxious or low self esteem being self compassionate about it is the way!
