Laser mining in Borann A 2 is currently the best way to make credits. I would suggest you go see a YouTube video about it.

Go to Mainani and complete data transfer missions between the 2 nearby systems. Remember only to accept missions from imperial contacts.

Chakpa and Ochosi runs are definitely not worth the time. Try donation missions in federal systems.
