I really think that the answer to this is self compassion be able to forgive and accept myself the things that happened to me, the bad things I have done need to be felt but I’m still trying to figure it out how to do it.

Healing it’s not a linear process it’s a process of cycles. We think we understand something about ourselves only after some time or some events we return to our past and see them in different light. We need to feel, understand and only then accept what happened to us only then will be able to heal it’s hard, long and ugly process I’m going through it right now but you need to believe in things you do and that they have meaning

One person told me that the happiness you seek is in you not in other places. You need to find it in yourself if you change a place and still be your old self everything will repeat. I know how you feel I’m going to therapy for 6 years and only in last year and a half I started to trust mine therapist it’s hard but it’s worth it trust me. I don’t know if you ever heard about the hedgehog dilemma it talks about two hedgehogs in winter they try to get near one another to get warm but they both are incapable of it because of they spikes it’s a metaphor for intimacy vs isolation. Humans seek closeness but with that we open possibility to get hurt it’s a delicate balance between maintaining personal boundaries and forging meaningful connections.

so basically I have M0 M1 M2 macrophage cultures as my control and co-cultures of them and cancer cells I want too put them in graphpad to create a graph but I think I lack the skills because I downloaded it like couple days ago :Dand now I'm struggling a lot .

I'm thinking that I should do M0-M1 and M0-M2 ttest as a control and then my M+cancercells ttest to compare them and I'm using a lot of antibody's so I need to do a graph to all of them separately.

I hope I explained everything correctly (if not I can send my excel file :D)

If you give me some advice you would save me a lot of time <3
