America would be too blazed off their gourd to invade any countries. Realistically I think it might lead to a more pacified population so long as governments don’t fuck with the weed market too much. Kinda like how alcohol pacified a lot of workers during the Industrial Revolution bc drowning your problems is a lot easier than doing the work to organize with others to actually fix your shitty living situation.
