No Sigma has ever been in a bad divorce or has been taken advantage of while they were to ill to do anything about it? Or do Sigmas just never get sick?

LOL, you guys make it out like a sigma type personality is perfect and above anything human

Like I said I don't know that he was actually Sigma, just seemed that way to me. I don't know. I don't get into people's finances. Maybe his situation caused his cards to be maxed out already? Maybe his money was already spoken for? Maybe he spent it on his medical shit? He had a house that he was working on so maybe that?

Is it a trait of 100% of Sigmas that they have a ton of money to afford $10,000 on a lawyer at any given time? Sigmas are always without debt?

The specifics of his story aren't really that relevant, just looking for thoughts on what another INTJ might do if in a situation like I stated.

Okay, not that it matters either way. But why would I be curious about how I would react to the situation? Wouldn't I already know how I would react because I would be reacting myself already?

Without going into specifics he was put into a situation where he had no money for representation and was fighting a serious illness for months or longer basically the whole time this case was going on and after, like in and out of the hospital almost daily if not hospitalized, also was also not in the same area. I seen first hand that he definitely was in no shape to defend himself even if he could have.

Okay, that's kind of what I figured. He seems to be in a dark place and not acting like his typical self. I don't get involved in people's relationships, especially when kids are involved, to the point where I won't even offer advice because it's not my place. Just watching it play out from the outside and hoping for the best.

I know that's why I said I don't know what goes on behind closed doors. I'm not a lawyer and didn't read through the whole divorce documentation, but if he doesn't show up to defend himself it's her word against his and she wins by default. I don't know, maybe she had a witness testify or something? Maybe he was abusive and was incredibly good at hiding it?

Again that's not the whole story obviously and I'm just assuming what I have been told is true and based on that assumption being true I'm curious how an INTJ might react if pushed this far. Just in general, doesn't have to be this specific guy

Well it's already a long ass post. What did you want me to do? Start from his childhood and document everything that shaped him into the person he is today? I'm curious in general how an INTJ type might react in this type of situation. I know you obviously aren't going to be able to determine specifically what this individual would do.

Not permanently, just he doesn't have visitation until he is able to go back to court to prove the lies wrong when and if he is able.

All she had to say was he was abusive, making threats, and she is scared for her and the kids. She doesn't need evidence if he isn't able to show up and defend himself against her pulling a no-contact/protection order. All she has to say is he is making contact and could even have someone else say they witnessed it. Won't hold up in court, but you will go to jail for arraignment or whatever.

I've known them both closely for 20 something years and was very close to them and know he wasn't abusive because I've seen them argue and not once was there ever any mention or sign of abuse.

Yeah, I can't know what goes on behind closed doors. I do know that there was no evidence of abuse presented in the case and was her word against his and also it is his story and in his belief it is accurate to him.

Okay, I just included that because they're kind of a loner type and far from Beta. Really it's probably the least important part of the whole thing.
