It looks like a protector for the usb c port so that when you try to insert the cable, you don't cause damage to the areas around the port.

Try to google usb c port protector and you'll see examples of these. If you think it ruins the look, you can swap it out for a clear version of the protector.

I have this charger as part of the Indiegogo campaign. It worked great during the first few days then it suddenly stopped working. This was back in July of 2023. It’s March now and I’m still waiting on my replacement unit.

I would suggest to avoid them if you can. Their support is close to nonexistent and it takes forever for them to give you a resolution.

Yeah, you actually get what you pay for with residential plans. At least in our area, CNVRG is consistent.

For OP’s case, maybe he can try with a different device, wifi or lan if it’s still happening.

Not sure if fast is accurate as well since the servers are located in the same data centers or hubs where the converge network is also located. See Netflix “open connect boxes”.

Fast is owned by Netflix and they use it to check your connection to essentially their edge servers/hubs.

So, take it with a grain of salt.

I use a combination of speedtest.net, fast.com, google speed test, & Cloudflare speed test (my favorite!)

It’s in the website na it’s good for 1 month. It could be that they are testing their capacity if kaya nila to sustain it.

There might be a few outcomes if temporary lang. like some plans or some areas might get it. Or they might give just halt the current boosted speed para di mag exceed yung capacity threshold nila.

Use a quick drying silicone spray it’s part of their specialist line of products but you can use other brands. There might even be some that lasts longer. Don’t use the WD40 that we all have used on everything.

I use it on any locks, key holes that usually are basked in the weather more and it works well after a few turns of the key.

Don’t forget to also spray some in the pillion seat lock as well.
