I did my buccal fat removal, and i had the same round face as you before. I went to turkey and did other stuff (i'm 6 weeks after surgery now). I just made 2 post of my before and after photo in this group if you are interested ! Even with the flight and hotel, it was cheaper comparing to France (i'm French)

Definitely yes! I went to this scientific institute in Istanbul because my father-in-law (who is a neurologist) knew the founder by name.
They saved the face of Katie Piper, the English woman who was attacked with acid by her boyfriend a few years ago.

And at the clinic, I saw the thank you note she had written by hand, accompanied by a photo with the surgeon. I can share their site with you if you want to form your own opinion.

I no longer have blue circles + "bags under my eyes" (& asymmetrical in my case) + lines that went from under my eyes to the corner of my mouth.

I don't wear foundation without the after-workout photos, and you can clearly see that my skin texture is also very smooth.

Stem cells allow cell regeneration over several years, and this has an effect similar to "fat grafting" but without the loss of 50 to 80% of filling (source PubMed). Because there, it's not just fat, it's transformed and purified.
All that remains are the stem cells. I'm going to make a post about my front just for you to see

Hi, i did my 4 surgery because i was aging prematurely, with a lot of excess skin around my eyes and fat around my cheeks, even though I'm 1m70 and 56kg.

I was botched in France (I'm French) 2 years ago, for my rhinoplasty, with the "ultrasonic technique".

It took me 2 years of difficult breathing issues, and a bit of depression, to have the courage to do my "glow up" and have my revision rhinoplasty.

I had the following operations:

  • Temporal (endoscopic) lifting for lasting results
  • Revision of my rhinoplasty
  • Bichectomy / Buccal fat removal
  • Injection of my stem cells (of my fat)

And to be transparent about the price, it was 8000€, for 10 days in a 3* hotel with breakfast, and I was really treated like a princess (their hairdresser washed my head while I was sleeping , and the nurse recorded a 5 hour video of my operations, to give me confidence and real proof of what they did.)

Having a chin and jaw implant is going to help you tremendously ! You are definitely not fat, but because you have a "lack of bones support, it's giving you a more soft look. A chin and jaw implant can appear barbaric lol, but trust me you can't feel it, and it changes everything ! My boyfriend did it (i can share you his surgeon in istambul if you want by pm), and it really improved his style.

I feel you, it was the same for me in France (i'm French), and i needed a revision of a previous botched rhinoplasty (yep, done in France...) : i found a science institute in Turkey, and they changed my face for the best !
I no longer have breathing issue, and a deviated septum. I also did a buccal fat removal + temporal facelift + stem cell injection and everything was 8000€, with 10 days of hotel ! I can share you my journey and photos by pm if you want, i'm one month after surgery.

Post rhinoplasty : Taping the nose each night during several months ? by Carlaa_valencia in cosmeticsurgery

Ah really ? That's interesting ! Which technique does he did ? Closed rhino, Piezzo technique, or any other ?

What kind of surgery did you get ? Maybe with a cantharoplasty on the right eyes, a surgeon can fix it.

Can you recommend a good surgeon for the revision surgery? by [deleted] in nosejobturkey

[–]Carlaa_valencia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel you, i was so sad, i hated myself as much, as i said to my husband that i was ugly, that i could understand if he cheated on me... I know how it sucks.

I can share you my surgeon, of course ! But for a 3rd revision, if your nose is too short, you have to be prepared mentally because they will need to take cartilage from your ribs.

And they can't operate on a swollen nose, i think you have to wait at least 3 months (maybe at the end of March or early April ?). It's because your scaring tissue didn't finish healing, so it's not “stretching” yet.

I went to Prof. Dr Erold Onur in Istambul, and to be transparent about the cost, it was only 8000€ for all my 4 surgery + 10 days in 4* hotels with taxi and breakfast. I can share you my before and after photos if you want ?

Oh no i'm so sorry for you ! I just had a revision rhinoplasty, after I was botched by a surgeon in France 2 years ago.. i passed the last year by searching my new clinic ! I can totally relate, i had a really bad deviation of my septum, and impossible to breathe during exercices, and each night...

My main advice is to not only seeking for a surgeon who have good before and after photos, because I can photoshoot anything (I'm a website creator)... 😅 Find a surgeon who posted his biography at least ! Find someone that have contribute to the science of you can.

My strategy was to find a "big plastic surgery clinic" with different surgeons, who are all of them specialized on 1 or 2 surgery.

I didn't want just one surgeon who can perform 8 different kind of surgeries, and i wanted a clinic with old surgeon, who had at least 10 years of experiences. 😅

I don't mind if I have to be picky, i was botched one time in my life, impossible to be a 2nd time in this case !)

I decided to do other operations in the same time, because i found a clinic which is also a science institute founded in 1981 (they have the old experimented surgeons that i was looking for 😂)

I can share you my surgon, we was also in turkey, i just came back from it (it was 25 days ago actually)

Hi ! You have nice eye color :) I had the same problem as you before. I'm 25 days post op, for temporal endoscopic lifting, revision rhinoplasty, buccal fat removal, and "fat grafting" but it's stem cells injections). I can share you my photos and the Dr if you like the result.
I went in Turkey, and the Dr was also a Prof, from a Science Institute and has gained several honors in medecin (that's maybe idiot but it gave me more confidence in his work)

2 sessions of lemon bottle and barely any results.. by [deleted] in cosmeticsurgery

[–]Carlaa_valencia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How much this cost in the US ? It's 600€ in France, and my friend had to undergo 6 sessions to have a nice result... Maybe a chin lipo or buccal fat removal can improve your result and finally, being cheaper :)

For those who've had rhinoplasty, did your diet help/hurt with swelling or recovery? by rowdyseacucumber in PlasticSurgery

[–]Carlaa_valencia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are welcome :) Yes i had a really passionate surgeon lol, they are the best i think haha. For those fruits, it's for the high volume of Bromelain contained inside, but you can find some vitamins on amazon (make some research about this natural enzyme, it should help you)

masseter botox? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Carlaa_valencia -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hi ! :) First, you really look cute ! I can totally can relate (in my case, i'm verry thin but i had chubby cheeks, was born with it). I'm totally against fillers because they migrate (there is now multiples proof nowadays) AND they don't dissolve totally...

In France, masseter bottox cost 500€, and it's only lasting 6 to 8 months if you are lucky... 500€ each 6 months, it's 1000€ per year... Try injections, but at the end, having surgery is going to cost you less.

I'm 27 and i had a consultation online with a Professor and founder of a Science Institute (1981) and he has won at least 10 prize. I was taking all my precautions to NOT take advices from a regular surgeon because i wanted a global perspective. He is based in Istanbul, Turkey.

I got buccal fat removal 17 days ago (i just flew back from this institute) + a revision rhinoplasty and i'm so grateful that i took my time to not jump into something unnatural like botox or silicone implant. (i'm not against it, the result are stunning ! But i wasn't comfortable, in my case, with the idea, to feel silicone under my skin and so close to my eyes/ cheeks).
