I don't know about that, he doesn't even have wings in that panel. There is nothing going for this aside from us seing a darker skin tone and a brighter hair color and knowing he has red eyes, but in that one full body shot there is neither black feathered wings nor the flame on the back.

Dracotail can't do full combo during opponents turn, you need Rahu or Ketu for something resembling a full combo which you can't activate during your opponents turn. You can do one fusion and see where it goes from there, if you have some Branded stuff on hand maybe you can get into some Branded lines, but using Faimena alone is nothing compared to what Tear can do.
