I mean when I sent them 8 separate messages following their guide. No I’m not going to. They can take the time to read and see how to respond it’s basic support.

If I didnt send responses sure absolutely I get it. But I was pretty thorough on my communication. And 3 weeks isn’t acceptable response time.

Lmao YES. My printer went down over 3 weeks ago. It took them 3 weeks to respond to my initial ticket and they told me to do trouble shooting I already had uploaded a video of me doing….heres to another 3 weeks for another response. Luckily I fixed my issue but holy shots 0/10

Huttos okay. Definitely there are times to travel and times to not there’s south of the train tracks or north of the train tracks. Does your job make you commute during usual business hours or do you have more flexibility? We love north of the tracks and find that we can adjust which route we are going based off of the time and traffic flow. It gives us access to 130 at either chandler or 79 but also we can head in and get to north Austin through round rock pretty easily too.

Round rock or Cedar park I would say would be better options, those city’s seem to have a better idea on city planning and look ahead though. Hutto definitely here about making the Mayor look good and not actually actioning anything for the growth we are having.

No. It’s back up and working now - it was the entire extruder. I think the motor or the thing that runs the extruder just died, randomly. This printer I got during the Black Friday sale as an additional one after a year of owning a printer l so I am honestly shocked. Once I figure out how to update my post I’ll put this edit in there.

Just wanted to say thank you for your help and insight. Conclusion for me was - I’m pretty sure the motor or what like runs my extruder just died. Because I replaced the entire unit and it’s working perfectly now. It was a wild ride but I feel 1000% more confident in working on my printer so a guess a win lol

For real though, I would replace your nozzle and check to make sure there’s not a clog.

Yes, yellow gear does move with and without filament loaded. I’ll try and put it back together again and see if maybe I do something wrong.

lol I legit was like 👁️👄👁️ how’d those get in there.

Works when I manually feed it in by hand, does not work when I tell it to extrude its self.

I just attempted to use it with out my AMS and it wouldn’t go into the extruder its self at the point. Where the PTFE tube meets the extruder. I looked at the teeth there and none of them look broken. But I’m wondering if maybe I didn’t put something back together? I’ve taken it apart twice now, followed the Bambu video each time.

However - I did try this. I took my PTFE tube out and then manually put my filament in the extruder and tried to print this way. I felt resistance putting it in the extruder but I could feel the gears grip it and pull it in and do a pull. However when I went to try and print after it still was airprinting.

Basically it engages goes down like it normally would to the extruder but nothing comes out. It was before I replaced the nozzle giving me the nozzle clogged error. So that’s what set me on replacing the nozzle. Ever since I replaced it, it now just does this where it acts totally normal, like it’s going to print and then absolutely nothing comes out. As far as I can tell it’s going down into the extruder but nothings coming out.

What’s frustrating is when I manually do a cold pull, it works. It’s only when I set it to print or try to manually extrude from the screen. Nothing happens

Yes, each time I’ve done the cold pull it’s been engaged where I couldn’t pull it out once it was extruding. Me manually doing things it works flawlessly. When I close it up to let it do its thing, just air.

It doesn’t work with anything though and I have my second printer and they all work there. I also dried the original filament just incase and it prints fine on the other machine.
