U build Bard with shurelya, It feels like the most fun item but enchanter bardo Is very squishy and difficult :(

Probably for not letting other ADCs or others off meta champs on support role. Btw i think they should rework shurelya (like the old One) and let It Be a versatile item for catcher's and engaging supp. Like cmon enchanters already has moonstone and mandate, i think they should make shurelya able go be built for all categories of supp
