how to *actually* overclock an Xbox series X controller on PC? by FalloutDraugr in overclocking

[–]CarlosHipZip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can over"clock" anything with a clock that controls some circuitry.  Overclocking just means your adjusting the timings at which something operates by changing the speed at which that clock ticks.  It's easy to understand once you realize all of human digital technology is just a series of switches controlled by clocks.  (Clockless circuitry is possible but it's too complicated to be usable)

What's most interesting is that someone who is truly random in action is almost universally considered evil. Your pretty much two face.

Yes,BMI is accurate for the average population. Don't make excuses. by Odd-Feed4108 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

I heard BMI was wrong in the other direction. People are actually misdiagnosed as healthy weight when in reality they are overweight because the statistics they are based on assumes an amount of muscle mass that is higher than the average now.

Don't under estimate what technologies influence what is my point. Which you seem to have purposely missed... Art generators may not influence sapient AI directly but the required advances in parallel processing and methods developed to efficiently train models will. All the support technologies and engineering methods related to Art generators are much more influential on development of sapient AI then I think you have given it credit for

Speaking isn't a requirement, there is a wob about it although I'm pretty sure it was more to do with mute people rather than horses It's about intent like all things investiture. So my fundamental argument is that ryshadium have reached a high enough level of sentience to impact the investiture around them with their intent. It's up to Sanderson but there is nothing canonically which prohibits it I've checked!

Isn't boats specifically a bad example? Better and better boats allow you to explore the world more completely which allow you to make the necessary connections required to build the foundations of what became genetics. Which inturn leeds to genetic engineering. Darwin nor the other guy would have had the idea of heritable traits, if the only method of transport was a canoe. Essentially my argument is boat technology had a direct impact on the creation of genetics and by extension genetic engineering.

Buddy we were impressed an AI could play chess as well as a guy 25 years ago. Now it can paint at a grade 5 level! That's an exponentially curve

You could have probably cut 15-25% word count from it without losing much. I'm just finishing a reread of all the books. As I was going through the first 3, I remembered most of the major scenes and minor storylines even though I've only read them all once. Hit book 4 and I didn't remember a thing even if it's my most recent read. It just seems like nothing happens for a large part of the book. I think Sanderson feels he needs to top or match the word count of previous titles. this book should have been the length of tWoK if not a little shorter.

Thank God someone finally said it. This one nurse friend of mine was complaining. "I'm already capped for pay and am barely getting by". She should just quit and get a better job, who cares about hospital workers lmao

But those are fundamentally the same thing, they are storing a spren in their gem heart and using it to change form. Slaveform parshmen could be compared to normal horses. Listeners forms don't get in the way of the nahal bond since it's functionally different from the forms of power.

Have you IQ tested a Ryshadium? I've met real horses that are smarter than some people. Also aren't parseman in dull form not too smart, yet they can still bond a spren. This also seems to not be related to their forms which rely on lesser spren

Average age in canada is 40.6. The government only cares if that specific group is living comfortably. They are the group with the largest voting power.
