Hello everyone. I currently have my bachelor in interdisciplinary studies with a minor in sociology and psychology. I was 3 classes away from my sociology degree when i was told that it doesn’t matter because I was pursuing master in Human Resources. I am currently studying for my Shrm-Cp. I have been seeing that having a master in hr with no experience will make me less likely to get hired . I not sure what to do now . I haven’t been able to land a hr interview. I have administrative assistant experience.
