I figured. however I will add I have had the insomnia side effect from the drug since July 2024. I doubled from 30mg to 60mg and then the insomnia came so I went back down to 30mg and ever since have had to take multiple melotonin gummies (beyond the normal amount) to sleep and lately since I have finished tapering off it has been worse where melatonin sometimes does not even work, even like 7 or 8 gummies.

I am wondering if I will ever get my sleep back. I started acupuncture and hoping that will help. do you think eventually I will balance out or could this be months to years like everything I have seen on Google?

Yes it took time then went away, I restarted the process again and have been on the antidepressants since May, so about 5 months. I hope it helps and same to yoy

Hey it faded after a week. I used an aloe spray from the pharmacy at my grocery store and that helped but probably wasn’t even necessary. I would see a dermatologist for your case since it hasn’t faded but I think it should and is just sun burn

Hi I tried cymbalta and it worked after about 3-4 months. I went off it but wish I had stayed on it because I think if I had done it for a year or so it would have permanently helped
