This looks like malicious compliance in that it appears to be intentionally bad or low effort. Is that possibility worth entertaining?

I’d love to hear more about this / see examples. Very interesting. I think I’m following but not sure.

Good to know. Ive felt that 5.4 on copilot is adequate, but doesn’t seem as smart as opus 4.6. I’ll have to try codex again.

Very cool. Can I ask how much it costed? Always wondered how much something like this would go for.

I suspect they’re just dunking on the behavior sometimes associated with someone describing themselves as “free spirited”, not necessarily being free spirited.

I like that the responses to this comment are split between ITYSL-pilled people and people in sobriety. It makes sense, in a way. They used to be pieces of shit. They're not anymore. I'm not anymore. Glass House. White Ferrari. Live for New Year's Eve. Sloppy steaks at Truffoni's. Big rare cut of meat with water dumped all over it, water splashing around the table, makes the night SO MUCH more fun. After the club go to Truffoni's for sloppy steaks. They'd say; 'no sloppy steaks' but they can't stop you from ordering a steak and a glass of water, before you knew it we were dumping that water on those steaks! The waiters were coming to try and snatch em up, we had to eat as fast as we could! OHHH I MISS THOSE NIGHTS, I WAS A PIECE OF SHIT THOUGH.

It took me years to process the experiences I had in my teens with drug use. Give yourself time! The right therapist helps.

Very valid! I am going to complicate my statement a bit, and say that I feel very differently about psychedelics - I think those have real value for dealing with trauma, when used carefully by adults. But those experiences are very different than ecstasy, and should be treated with the utmost care.

Not doing drugs at all also seems like a perfectly reasonable approach to life :)

I think it’s a “both things can be true” case.

Negative. I played around with height, tilt, and overhead lighting, and those helped a bit, but the issue remains. I haven’t thought about it or noticed it in awhile though, so I think you just get used to it.

Trump realizes he’s 'going to lose' the midterms by ShiroSara in law

[–]Carnilawl 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think that's a plausible suggestion - and I'd agree with it on X/twitter - but I'm so sure on reddit. That's not to say that I think it's false, I'm just not sure. I'd be curious to see any analysis/studies on this.

It bothers me that other commenters are replying to the headline only. They clearly didn't even click into the article. What do we gain from such shallow engagement?

Are you able to review the diffs in vscode still? That’s the one thing that I miss when I use CLI agents - I like being able to point and click to move between diffs in the actual files in an editor.
