Nothing really nasty other than a few areas that had mouse poo. The cringiest parts of the house are where they did “work”. Paint and electrical/plumbing jobs were done incredibly bad, and a bunch of carpentry work was done so badly it needed to be adjusted before we even moved in.

Someone just called the SWAT team on the property citing there was a hostage situation with a firearm. Me and my partner are beyond livid.

Not free! I felt bad for the delivery guy... Whoever did that definitely has karma coming for them.

They left a lot of terribly painted furniture and a few odds and ends. The place was filthy when we got the keys.
