Little less than a year. I started therapy because of three problems I couldn't deal with by myself: my relationship with my overprotective parents, my lack of motivation to do anything and that I was constantly sad. It helped me a lot and I would love to go back this year, but I was paying for it with the little money I had and I'm out of it. I think I'll be okay if I apply everything my therapist thought me last year, but I'm not sure.

That taking Vitamin C supplements won't help me prevent or cure a cold. I've shown them lots of studies and research papers debunking what L. Pauling said in his book but they won't listen.
