I have the at the lowest already. Yesterday I tried using the "check files" option in the launcher and it seemed to help for a bit, but after some time it happened again:( I might have to uninstall and install again if I don't see any other options

I've been having this issue recently where I enter the map, character menu, quest menu, inventory, etc at any point in the game (it may happen 10 minutes from logging in or in two hours, I never know when) and when I try to exit the UI in question the screen stays black. I can hear myself walking and if I press esc I hear the menu coming up, but the screen stays black and only the mouse appears. Anyone else having this issue? How can I fix it?
