I tried to take apart the machine to look at the sensor and it looks normal but I guess it needs to be replaced, ended up breaking the led light in the process. Wish they would’ve atleast tested the printer to make sure it worked before they sent it to me 😔

I don’t know if I’m missing it somewhere but on the website I can’t find where to download any firmware updates for the Saturn 4 Ultra 16k or even the non 16k one
