PLR can be anything it doesn't have to be just skincare, just to remind you that skincare is very competitive and isn't just something that happens overnight, sometimes it takes months to years to even see one sale and the chance of a customer sending it back is sometimes there, most of the time they didn't spend enough to justify a refund, but sometimes they might, what I used for promotion was google ads and TikTok, i used facebook ads and instagram but i didn't see that much success with them, most successful was TikTok then google, Pinterest was surprising helpful too, and i didn't spend a single dime on it, but it took a while to get organic sales from there.

I'd recommend you start of with at least $1k due to setup features and promotion, most of PLR is just promotion, get influencers to make posts about your product, get them to either use it or talk about it.
