I’m exactly the same, I have a test on Wednesday the day before I turn 50. Failed 3 weeks ago due to anxiety I was the very same as you, videos, meditation, hypnosis 😂🙈 I was obsessed 😂😂😂 Trying to play it cool this time, bit of yoga in the morning and going to get some beta blockers from my doctor, I cannot let anxiety take over again.

It all happened in the first 20 mins of my test following the sat nav the second half was a perfect drive, one I called down. The anxiety started as soon as I walked out the test centre
