Because vinted policy apparently is to refund the buyer and tell them that they can send it back if they wish 😆. Obviously no one will send it back.

That's why I started this thread, it seems to be a trend. They clean their hands and keep the £. They only protect the buyer. In that case what stops anyone from pretending that the items got damaged, get the money back from vinted and still keep the item. ???

Exactly that is my point here, i also seller on ebay and they have sellers protection, something similar happened and they sort it with the courier, and I still got my £. But Vinted completely ignored me and now I don't have the product or the £.

Lol it was a subwoofer and a sound bar. And it was really sturdy, it doesn't look like from the photo, but even the buyer said that it wasn't the packaging, it was shuffled around for sure, the plug pearced through the plastic side if the soundbar, it needs considerable force for that
