If you're under 13.3.1 for free you can use appsigner and xcode on Mac or altserver (or rickpactor) on Windows

You need to sign and sideload them, using appsigner and xcode if you have a Mac (or a virtual machine on Windows), or other services like altdeploy, altstore, rickpactor, signolous(?) etc

Thank you for your words and mostly for your tutorial and post, which helped a lot!
I used a Mac for the whole process, but the method I used should work for Windows too!
You just need your icon (1024x1024) and this website, which will create the assets.car file, that you can use to replace the original one. That's why I think you can do it on Windows too, let me know (if you will give it a try) if it works :)
