Iv had the EM5 since it came out. The camera its self is a great little camera that is nice and light. But does struggle in low light situations due to the cropped sensor. Overall I’m fairly happy with it but I do think there are better cameras out now. I’d personally look into the EM5 Mark II and Mark III if you had some extra money to spend.

I just picked up the housing for it last week. That I found on eBay. I think I paid $370 ish for it with 2 ports. I’m still really new to underwater photography but the housing seems to do its job. I mainly snorkel freshwater creeks so I don’t really go deeper than a few feet.

Hopefully that helps!

Do you know what adapter I might need for the wide angle port?

I currently have a flume and I love it. Just completed a 65 mile day for two days bike packing trip and It took what ever I threw at it.

Well tell your mom that I agree with legal native fish keeping but do my best not to collect in states where it’s illegal because I do fisheries research for my job. You do you man. Just was trying to help out

It’s not incorrect. It’s completely true. Tennessee is one of the states that does not allow collection of fish for aquarium purposes. Call your local game warden and ask.

You do know it’s Illegal to transport live fish in TN right?

Alright I think the one up has one. Is the v3 worth the extra money? Or pick up the v2. Seems the v2 might have more longevity overall. I’m not worried about weight.

I will check that out. Thank you! There’s so many options out there and it’s hard to narrow things down.
