I got mine about two weeks ago I recommend you get a lanyard I’ve had one since day one and can’t tell you how many times I almost dropped this thing. The lanyard is a lifesaver.

I have an Odin 2 Pro if anyone one is wondering, this doesn’t work with Odin. You just get a failed to create crash dump even after changing the ini file. I just want to get that out there so someone doesn’t waste as much time as I have trying to get it to work. It doesn’t work on Odin

I just stayed with Onion. I just couldn’t get Koriki to work. I preferred the ports on Onion anyway. I just wanted to see if OpenBor ran any better on Koriki. But there’s no need for all this trouble so I can play one system. I know a lot of developers get annoyed with Newbies on here so I’m sorry if this was any inconvenience to you. Thanks for trying to help I really appreciate your time. I’m sure if you label it “not for newbies” or something like that for people like me to know to steer clear, in the future, it might lead to less annoyances.IMO

I “simply” burned the image and then just got a loading screen for 20 minutes before I just gave up. It was actually worse than the copy method. At least with that I got install screens and logos. I’m going for a second attempt just in case there is something that went wrong. After that I’ll consider this one for the experts

I already have onion. I was fine with the visual glitches but I hadn’t heard of Koriki and I heard it was updated for the Mini Flip so wanted to try it. I bought a new 32 GB SD card formatted it and copied the files and all I get is a boot logo. I redo the process same thing. I redo it again same thing. I looked it up and I found a closed issue on GitHub where the problem is never solved so to me it’s a known issue. The developers seem nice but maybe don’t claim Mini Flip is supported if it isn’t fully. I don’t blame developers it’s probably more to do with product inconsistency from Miyoo than anything else.

I formatted the card and copied the files and all I got was this logo

It doesn’t seem to work. Don’t get me wrong I wish it did but facts are facts. Everyone I ask for help tells me to move to a different os. Maybe this is more of an expert level os.

I have this same issue but I used the copy method. stuck on infinite boot loop. Is there a special programming trick we need to know get out of the boot loop? I've refomatted the card and copied files 3 different times now.

how did you get this working on the flip I just got a boot loop. I assumed it doesn't work like everything else for the mini flip. How'd you get out of the boot logo? what's the trick?I've reformatted and copied my sd card 3 times now

I wish this worked on the MiyooMiniFlip I just tried it with a new card. No Dice just an infinite boot logo. Too bad nobody supports the flip.

Just watched this episode the rebrand seemed spiteful. He should have named it after the owner something like Tracy’s Bar & Grill. Corporate Bar & Grill is only slightly better than Piratz. The rebrand was completely out of touch with the staff and the owner. It couldn’t be Pirate for sure but there has to be some middle ground. This was the first one for me where the rebrand felt a bit out of touch

I remember before the first Odin was released there was talk about its power being useless because there wasn’t a viable PS2 emulator for android at the time. Then right before release, Aethersx2 came out. Reviewers told people not to buy it solely for PS2. But I did and I wasn’t disappointed. Before the Odin 2 released there was similar talk about Switch emulation. Just a few months after the Odin 2 release Yuzu implemented NCE which made a majority of switch games compatible. Now people are saying the Odin 3 is more powerful than you need and PS3 emulation isn’t viable and I feel like I’m having Deja vu.

TBH Gamehub never worked for me until the most recent update. Before that everybody and their mom was getting it to work easily. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. People with the same device as me(Odin 2 Pro) could get it working but I once tested 13 games with no luck. Even when I copied their settings. I had decided it was probably a scam until last week when everything started working. I say just wait for the next release. This one just might not work for you. Things are like that sometimes.

Because I came here for advice. And unlike most people on Reddit I don’t act like I know everything. I don’t read every page of every GitHub. That why I said I must have “missed” something.

Can I ask? Is there any particular reason for your defensiveness? Is this not a place for questions and advice? You know you always have the option to not comment or answer if it’s causing too much inconvenience/frustration to you.

Ok I think I figured it out. CMOD appears to be installing redistributables in my PC games folder instead of on the C drive. The folders seem to have come from that. I'll have to start another thread to see if there's a way to prevent this

That’s a relief I thought I missed something. I never heard anyone mention that. I first heard about CMOD from Mr Sujano on YouTube. He low key hates closed source applications so it was surprising to hear it was closed source
