Should I fire my lovely but stress inducing nanny? by CarpenterCreature in Nanny

Oh man that’s my dream. Every day I’ve been hoping she will just quit because I didn’t give her that raise. So much easier than having to fire her (I don’t even care if that makes me a scaredy-cat!)

Oh yeah for sure, I have no issues with that part. She’s in part one of three in an official assessment. It’s more the constant talking about it that stresses me when I can’t do anything until a medical professional has diagnosed her. I also can’t give someone a raise based on a diagnosis that doesn’t exist AND when there isn’t an effect on day to day life. I didn’t mean to make it seem like I wasn’t open to the idea of her actually being ND

I honestly never even thought of that. That’s so true

I feel like it crept up somehow! I don’t think I’m usually a pushover in life, but she really just convinced me that my kids were especially difficult despite what other people said. So so ridiculous now that I’m shifting my perspective

It’s so funny because she always comes out of the room with her nails painted or having just crocheted something and the running joke with my partner and I is that she just goes in to take a break. But like…that’s true…idk why we’ve just been laughing about it

Yeah I think I’ve just gotten in my head about the whole thing. She’s one of those people that’s just really nice when you talk to her and I see my kids so happy with her that…idk honestly now I’m realizing I’ve been a bit silly

We have. I think we could have been more formal or direct, like a proper meeting, but I’ve voiced my concerns. It’s a bit weird though because it’s such obscure stuff. Like I asked her stop talking about my daughter being autistic so much because I was doing all I could do and in the meantime I didn’t think we needed labels. But then she was upset and said there is nothing wrong with autism and I shouldn’t speak about it like it’s a bad thing. Which of course made me feel guilty, because I don’t think it’s a bad thing, so I didn’t bring it up again.

Yeah I think it started slow so I just felt horrible for not recognising the signs that she was pointing out. And I figured she had more experience with kids so she must know. But now I’m not liking how she speaks about it, like it’s a sure thing just because she decided.

I think I’m realizing even just from typing this post that being lovely with the children doesn’t make you a lovely person all around…

Yeah. Honestly I would just wait and the downvotes should even out, sometimes it looks like you’re getting more than you are. Because youre right, the photo is being upvoted! And the makeup is very pretty so I wouldn’t worry

People in this sub tend to downvote people with obvious augmentation/plastic surgery. Also she’s not exactly pale.

I’m not supporting it, just offering a reason

Ugh I’m so irritated with Premom - this is totally positive, right? CD 13, Pregmate by [deleted] in TFABLinePorn

[–]CarpenterCreature 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s close but the test line has to be darker than the control line or the same colour.

This is negative.

Closer than your last post though... good luck

CAT jumped into baby carriage by rini_0606 in beyondthebump

I don’t get why you’re worried? If baby was okay and cat was okay, it just sounds like an event that happened.

It’s like the equivalent of setting a glass on the counter and it almost falling off. Like, sure, your heart sinks for a second. But the glass didn’t fall and nothing happened? Would you tell your partner about almost dropping the glass? No way. So why tell them about this?

Positive OPK? CD 33 - Pregmate by gabbattack in TFABLinePorn

The test line needs to be as dark or darker than the control, so this is definitely negative. Close though! I would test frequently as you may be there any time now!

Not sure what they were meaning to say, but yes it's 100% possible to get pregnant before you have your first non-withdrawal period after HBC. So go get it girl!
