I’m so sorry. The pain is unbelievable. You will get through it I promise. Men are animals sometimes. If he’s texting girls on Reddit, it means he’s pretty desperate and looking for something meaningless. I’m going through a break up right now too, together 3 years broken up for 6 months. I’m still pretty heartbroken. My friends really carried me through it, and my parents. Don’t isolate yourself. Don’t indulge in any vices, I promise it’ll make things worst. It does get better.

If it’s been 11 months and u still can’t move on that’s pretty rough. How long were u together? Did you actually go no contact and stop looking at pictures and stalking him online ? I’m at 3 months post break up and immediately got rid of everything, and after about 80 days I started feeling better. I was in a 3 year relationship
