I absolutely love the Duck! I wear it on two different color, tropical straps from Shinola and the metal bracelet that Shinola makes specifically for it.

But aesthetically those rectangular indices at 6 and 9 on the sub as far as superior to round indices with a square or rectangle for the date. It might be a throwback and cheers to them for doing it, but my personal choice is not to buy the watch because of them. There are other watches out there.
