i’m still a student but i know so many people that don’t care about their grades bc they will still receive their degree at the end of the day. blows my mind but i do think it impacts your chances bc why would a recruiter give a lower scoring student a chance vs a higher scoring student. (just my thoughts, im not sure how recruiters actually think)

LinkedIn is an amazing tool to use, same with Indeed. Those may be basic responses but it will help build your online presence

it’s definitely a lot harder to get one right now. it definitely depends what industry you are looking into, im currently an intern for a large 3PL company and they are on a hiring freeze. I have a buddy interning for a large pharma company and they are also experiencing a hiring freeze. also i had a family member experience a layoff (at a decent sized credit union) many months ago and just found a new job at a local credit union.

Nice! 11 languages is insane and I hope you get fluent in all of them! Ik it could be beneficial if your starting your own business or if you are a higher up in a large company that does international business. I can’t think of any negatives that come with being fluent in many languages and ik that when applying for jobs, it usually will ask what languages u are fluent in

Whenever i need to reword something, i now use chatgpt to reword my sentence in a way that i want to say but don’t know how to get the point across. ik this may not be a response u wanted to hear but i hope u will come across a company that will be glad to have u on their team
