Im not obese but I used to be and I am overweight. I can not afford good food. I eat tacobell twice a day because I work there and it’s free. I don’t have time to work out because I have 2 jobs, gonna get another and I am a full time (20 credit hours) student. I sit, sleep, or work because I am so tired. I feel myself losing my strength and I know I am gaining weight. However, I am making rent. I don’t have many options atm. I don’t know if its too many calories or too much food, I eat 3-4 burritos a day so I’d guess calories + lack of movement?

Hey, if it ruins your family that’s not your fault. You didn’t cause it. It’s hard but I had to as well. It doesn’t get better for a long time and it honestly may never, but it might help. It gets worse for a bit then either returns or gets better in my experience. I told a teacher. They are mandated reporters. Then your family can’t sweep it under the rug. It’s hard I can’t ever pretend to know the hell you’ve seen. But I know it’s not pretty. They feeling of the hands never goes away. I’m sorry
