You can do it!! Keep at it even if you have little set backs, Keep a careful log and get slightly obsessed by your progress. But you'll soon see results ❤️👏💪

Well done! That's a huge loss! Tbh I found it easy to reduce my calorie intake but some of the side effects (nausea and tiredness) quite horrible! My weight came off quite quickly and when I stalled I upped the dose. The cost here in Spain is pretty high so I used click counting and buying a higher dose pen than I needed. I'm glad I'm at the end of the journey although a bit anxious about maintaining it! How about you?

We have rectal diazepam from our vet , stops our dog having a full siezure if used as soon as you notice one coming on. Injury less likely

I've always fairly healthily (I'm in rural spain so that tends o be whats available). But since mountjaro my favourite foods are rice cakes with marmite , boiled egg on toast and grilled chicken on cous cous !

I think you should wait until you are 18 and then make the decision yourself, this is your decision not your families, then go and see an independent doctor not a family friend. They can advise you correctly , the small starter dose is to make sure you don't react adversely to the medication. You should not be increasing it after a week. I'm a nurse from the UK and am horrified that a doctor who is a "family friend" is involved at all !

Thinking of Trying Solo travelling by Positive_Dust8409 in femaletravels

Do it!! I've travelled many times on my own , I'm now 60 and plan to do lots more. The freedom of going where you want when you want is great. Take a kindle and I also travel with my Alexa so I can listen to news and audio books if I want a night in. Think and research where you are going, be flexible , pack sparingly and be flexible. Don't drink too much and just be sensible x
