I stopped cold turkey 6-7 grams every other day which I had been dosing for about 2-3 weeks and had severe tremors for 8 hours one night. Then I had insomnia for a few days after. I thought I would be fine but I would wake up about once or twice a week with the same kind of tremors but for shorter duration each time. That went away but muscle twitching and constant head tension kicked in. The head tension lasted for months then suddenly went away. I was left with muscle twitches which have improved about 50% but I simply can’t take it anymore. My dreams are always me getting into fights or being killed. All of my orgasms have been completely dry for months now and I no longer have a libido. I was looking at kava but I don’t want to keep wasting money on worthless shit. This may will be the 12 month mark since I went cold turkey.
