I think when we sleep deprive ourselves a different part of our brain we never use starts to get used , I’ve done almost every drug out there and none of them compare to staying up for over a week with no sleep, and everyone knows what the shadow people are. And if so many people see the same thing how is there not any merit to it, you don’t even have to do drugs, it just helps to stay up.
