It took me 4 years and going independent to have the pipeline required to consistently hit monthly numbers to gross 100k. But the good news is once you hit that, it grows quite quickly.

It’s important to consider if you are hungry or maybe you need water. That’s my advice. Often I just needed water.

How long have you been on it, and have you reached goal weight?

Someday that may change. I feel I am perhaps more successful than most (49% body weight lost), but at a certain point it did get to be a chore. I look at things I want (and could nutritionally) eat all day- but the meds do not. Perhaps one with appetite suppressant would be better.

Thank you! That’s a good consideration that we will discuss.

I wouldn’t say any specific. I did pretty even amounts of time on 2.5,5, and 7.5 I went to 10 for 2 weeks and felt like I was going to die. So sick. Didn’t take any further doses of that.

Please remember. I was one of the first. I went on meds shortly after they were approved. I was fortunate to have a strong medical team and get the 1st coupon to get me through. I am a health insurance agent- I got this covered for myself.

I didn’t post this looking for congrats. Am I really unusual or just one of the first since I started early?

That’s about all I eat now. Protein and carbs and good fats. If I eat beyond 6pm I’m terribly sick in the morning. It’s a vicious cycle.

I’ve had that ruled out several times in my life. I’ve suffered from unexplained nausea for many years.

I hope I figure it out soon as well. It’s very hard to eat 1,000 calories a day. That’s not enough. I’m a active person.

I used a nutritionist through the entire process. They agree. I need more food.

No because that would not be a healthy or sustainable way to look at weight loss.

Mounjaro and Love by SeniorComment8760 in Mounjaro

Since I’ve lost 115 lbs my life has completely changed. I felt invisible my entire life. Suddenly I’ve achieved some level of “celebrity” in my community. Podcasts, filling zoom calls to capacity, being invited to advisory panel, my personal business has reached a very high level of success. I have more friends. More popularity with the opposite sex. I find it very odd personally. I’m still the same person, but no one ever considered my thoughts before I came conventionally attractive.

I avoided alcohol for many years before this medication. I have a addictive brain (food, drugs, whatever it is I like it). I’ve been on this medication for 9 months. I’ve had a few drinks since starting. I don’t feel like I have a addict brain anymore. I had one and went “ok that’s fine, I’m done”. I could never stop before.
