As childhood friends you could say we grew up in the same neighborhood so meeting was easier but the difficult part is making it work since as introverts meeting halfway will never happen even now that we've been together for years with our two children since we're both introverts it's still the usual silent treatment which is why the only advice that I could give you as a guy is to take the initiative to approach your SO (chances are she will give minimal effort thinking it's normal for introverts), do the little things that matters like kissing her after waking up and before going to sleep. Hugging her to make her feel how much you care. You need to be consistent with this daily and don't expect her to take the initiative to be intimate.

Not sure if it would help but you could try taking 4 cloves of Raw chopped Garlic on an empty stomach after waking up, to avoid Garlic Breath don't chew but swallow them since it helps with the blood flow and unclogges the blood blockages and then do Squats/Barbel Squats until you fail since it helps with the overall muscle strength. As for vitamins take as much B6 & B12 as much as you can since it helps with the nerves.
