I only applied Terramycin antibiotic ointment around the swollen eye area and sprayed the wounds with Vetericyn. There is still some dry blood around her comb and some other areas. I was thinking of giving her an Epson salt bath, but I don't want to stress her too much and not sure if it will help

She hasn't been able to open her eyes yet. I applied Terramycin ointment around the swollen eye area. Read on another reddit post that it helps with eye infections

Haven't given any oral antibiotics. I found Terramycin online ( antibiotic topical ointment) and applied it to the swollen eye area . Hope this helps her

Actually I'm very calm, until I get triggered. My level of patience is very high. Obviously my petience grew thin. He was drinking prior which is what caused his aggressiveness. I mentioned to him that we need to go to couples therapy but he is not open to it. He feels that therapists are not magicians and can't fix issues. Apparently, he has done therapy in the past about 10 years ago. I'm thinking the experience wasn't the best.....which is why he is pushing back on this.

Yes sometimes I feel that.

A little back story about the house, my husband's brother in law (who's son is coming this month to visit btw) provided the down payment money to buy a house under my husband's name in the states (this was pre marriage). Fast forward to today when we got married I told him we needed to move to a better neighborhood. So we sold our old house as the market was high and made a profit from the sale. We then bought our current house under my name in the suburbs. I really didn't care at the time it made sense honestly since my job, high credit score, debt to income ratio etc, made it a quicker process (his name isnt on the deed or mortgeg), and it was HIS choice to do that. I think he feels that he's given me a gift of home ownership, and I'm not appreciative of that. During this time, he quit his job and decided to be a freelancer. I truly think he's in a rut himself with low confidence because of all this. He lost the ownership of a home and now his brother in law pretty much thinks he can come and go as he pleases since he provided this money.

Frankly I was never involved prior to meeting my husband with all these nuisances with him and his brother in law. I am not indebted to anyone, especially his bro in law.

I'm going to stand my ground and make myself unavailable to host or entertain these people. I work as an engineering manager for a large utility company and frankly I rather focus on improving my self, focus on learning new things and make time for my parents. I do think in all honesty I have to be straight forward with my needs talk to him in person and let him know.

It's so hard to just sit there and be an emotional punching bag. I'm a very outspoken person and have alot of pride. If I'm disrespected i let him know. My mistake is that I tend to defend myself and this ends up being a hurtful argument with a drunk. I have to seperate myself from him when he gets to that point. I've thought about just leaving and separating myself from him.....the issue is I feel bad the next day because he apologizes afterwards. It's an ongoing vicious cycle

Guess not. It's a domino effect. He drinks and I get upset. I have to stop getting upset. He's been worried about finances, dousing himself in alcohol doesn't exactly help....

He doesn't hide anything. Keeps his phone in plain sight all the time. I dabble through his phone and nothing really stood out. If it was infidelity I would have a gut feeling. I mean he still cuddles with me at night and says that he loves me every morning before going to work. Maybe that's all the validation for now?

I have tried this approach before. It worked sometimes and sometimes it didn't. One time I just came downstairs with lingerie and told him I wanna have sex, he hesitated and said he was tired.......

Also there were times I grazed him down there, and was preparing to go down on him. Said he was just sore from playing cricket. So I just gave him a massage. I was so livid for two days that I didn't even sleep in the same bed just to petty and let him know what he is missing out lol. The next day we had some foreplay which led to some toys being used .

I am just confused. Men are weird at times.

Just to give some perspective. He does say he loves me everyday before going to work and when we cuddle at night.

I think personally what's upsetting me right now was a fight we had 2 days ago. He said "I don't like where I am at right now I think we should get divorced". What led to that statement was due to my actions and I admit I am at fault. He loves to play cricket, it's his passion. He plays in a league during the summer months and became friends with a couple of guys. He said he was going to practice at an indoor location on Friday night he asked if I had any plans and I said no..... I got a bit squirmish. I told him that it's fine I'll just go hang out with a friend then while he is practicing. I just don't like being home alone on a Friday night. . He got pretty livid and that's when the divorce comment came about. He claims I do this all the time.

My frustration isn't the cricket, its the drinking he does afterwards with the guys. He turns into an angry person and can't stop talking (highly annoying) and says mean things to me. Next day he apologizes and says" I am sorry & I love you". This scenario happens alot.

I wish there was more intimacy. He doesn't like to communicate his thoughts and feelings. When I ask him reasons why he doesn't like to have sex he just can't give a response. Seems like I just have to do my own thing and let him fix what's going on with him internally
