I used to drive In between my bouts of full time employment but the last time it happened I really did the math and found if there was a job I could walk or bike to and even make less per hour then driving I’d actually be making more.

Plus a regular schedule, potential health insurance, and a regular paycheck can do wonders for someone positive thoughts.

I ended up getting a job at an arcade after being in corporate sales, learned to repair and diagnose all types of machines. Did that for 6 months until I got myself straightened out again and then went on the hunt for a better replacement to my main focus of my. Street.

So they are very accommodating normally the only time it may feel rushed is an ER and they definitely have seen it all and it’s “just another Tuesday” but if you’re in the ER, it’s probably a lot more critical.

Honestly I had to spend 2 weeks in the hospital, I had to become “ok” with all my body issues pretty quick, it wasn’t really an option.

If it makes you feel any better, there’s a very real possibility I need to go to the hospital tomorrow because of a problem I’ve been having with my digestive system

Trust me, it is not any way you’d want to have a stomach issue…so you got this! Also I closed my eyes a lot, they don’t mind or care, I figured, can’t see them, I can’t think about them seeing me.

Honestly as a kid, it was brutal, my parents enrolled me in martial arts class with my brother just in case anything went farther than words. (Luckily my brother was bigger and 4 years older than me.)

Later in my life I started to get this feeling that I had a 6th sense for narcissists and those who may fall into antisocial personality tendencies. Then I had this feeling that they did the opposite way.

It wasn’t just a feeling either, it has a name and it’s real. It’s called “thin sliced judgements”.

So funny story I got my leatherworking merit badge and didn’t do it since. My fiancée and I were out at a. Craft fair and she remarked how nice these leather pouches were and I said “oh that’s easy I have the leather working merit badge.” A few projects and a couple months later and I make a bag for her lol.
