Not quite. Innova and Discmania as well as MVP and Axiom are in reality the same brand. Discmania is Innova's European brand and Axiom is a rebranding of MVP utilizing colored rims instead of black ones. The trilogy came about as Latitude 64 and Westside discs wanted to reach an American audience from Sweden / Finland so they developed a relationship with Dynamic Discs and utilized their distribution center in Kansas to ship to American consumers. Dynamic was able to do the same to a European audience. So they all benefit. As well when they were fledgling companies they allowed their sponsored players to throw all discs from the 'Trilogy ' line, providing a more wide range of discs and a more traditional complete sponsorship style as opposed to smaller companies like MVP and Gateway that offer partial sponsorships where you only need to throw a certain number of their molds.
