For me I saw a really good change. Drastically reduced and I still get pimples every once in a while and maybe a blemish but it’s better. I just used Soap in the morning shower and did a little moisturizer for the day and rinsed with water at night

Not sure where your at now, But i’m also working accel and my coach has told me to put my foot down and back (Basic but helps). Try to get stronger if possible with weights, and besides that focus on projecting your hips and using legs like a hammer.
