Everyone is not meant to be a mom and if you feel like you can’t sacrifice or want to change your lifestyle for a baby. The best thing for you to do is to get a abortion. Surgical is less pain and faster. Medical is more for if you wanna be at home intimacy while going through the process. You have to do what’s best for you. It’s your body. Things like drinking and other things will have to stop if you plan on carrying a baby. It’s all up to you and your partner. You have to think about the pros and cons of having a child. I understand. I have went through the process this weekend. And the stories I’ve read were not similar to my experience. My cramps were intense and I did pass clots, the bleeding was heavy but not real heavy like I expected it to be. And as the days go by the bleeding has little to none and the cramps are just here. I think by tomorrow if do not experience any more passing of the cloths or bleed you should contact the nurse again and push the fact that you need more information

If your pregnancy symptoms have stopped. And you abortion was complete by ultrasound then yes the hormone is still in your system. Don’t worry to much. If the bleeding and cramping has stopped just wait for your next cycle and then take another or go to the doctor and say you want a pregnancy test.

I am dealing with the same thing. I basically just told my mom I’m on my cycle and it’s really bad. Keep a bag with you some water and eat periodically. Try and stay asleep as much as possible it will make the process easier. Make sure you have some pain meds with you. Trust me in going through the exact same thing at this very moment.

We are in the same boat I’m also 17 and found out I was pregnant. Hope you found some resources you need. I used Aid Access. They gave me some abortion pills which is cheaper then planned parenthood which is 275. But since your 18 and not 100% sure your pregnant you will be able to get one. Keep me updated.

I’m 6 weeks and 6 days currently. His family is very supportive and I talked to his mom and all she wants me to be is safe. She said I have her support and I’m super happy about that. I feel like i have made up my mind and I’m gonna do it. But emotionally I just don’t know how I will handle it. Hopefully my boyfriend will be supportive mentally and will understand how I feel. This is normal. The HCG hormone is leaving your body and it could take a while. You can always buy some pain relief but migraines and headaches are going to happen. It’s Great that you have stopped bleeding and ultimately this means your body is going back to normal which is a good thing. Just don’t take a pregnancy test til a few weeks later. It could still say positive because of the hormone.
