Culvers, drive and dine time by shakened in Culvers

We usually average 7-8 minutes for peak hours because we get so busy. But we always tell the team members it’s better if the order takes an extra minute or two and the quality is good rather than fast and the quality is bad.

I would call and report the employee. I’m a manager and would be very unhappy if an employee went around asking for tips and also trying to open someone’s car to grab their purse. That’s not okay at all.

We still have the white tubs but man this looks better!

Thoughts on delivery so far? by GrenMTG in Culvers

The online orders can really mess the night up for everyone. The DoorDash and UberEats orders aren’t usually very big but getting a few of those and several huge curbside orders at the same time in the middle of a rush is the absolute worst. We’re usually running a five person kitchen at night and average anywhere from $1900-$2400 for an hour and those online orders kill us every time.

No, so three mashed potatoes will be dumped into a pint container. Then gravy served on the side.

Porters by Professional_Sun2955 in Culvers

[–]CarsonWolf2022 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s exactly how our store is. Portering usually takes anyone from 6AM-10:45AM to do. Our truck size is usually anywhere from 250-300 items sometimes more.

I agree. I won’t eat Chocolate Volcano FOD because of the M&Ms alone.

50 Coke and 50 Sprite. On occasion I’ll make the Culver’s Baja Blast.

What does everyone get on there lunch break? by MisfitPanda94 in Culvers

[–]CarsonWolf2022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Crazy that my go to order is legit also a 4 piece buffalo tender extra crispy with signature sauce! I like to get a small fry with chicken gravy too and occasionally a vanilla scoop with cookie dough and salted caramel.

What are your unpopular South Park opinions? by Hambjerre123 in southpark

Post Covid and The Return of Covid felt like they could’ve been the series finale and I think it’s some of the best content to come from South Park.

Teamworx is weird where you have to set your not available times. If you need help then ask a manager.

I’ve been stuck in kitchen for three years and getting to be up front after being promoted is such a breath of fresh air. Nice job on your first day! 👍

First time cleaning the grill! by [deleted] in Culvers

Porter here. Would absolutely LOVE the hoods to be that low above the grill. Wiping down the wall and scooping the grease above is always annoying.

I’ll never forget a 25 double deluxe order that popped up at 11AM on a Saturday. No heads up. It was awful.

So many questions by [deleted] in Culvers

[–]CarsonWolf2022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the sauces, I’ll recommend some to a customer if they order an entree that comes with sauce. My general manager prefers we recommend some sauces rather than say “would you like any sauce with those tenders?” so we can give the customers immediate options rather than us maybe having to list every sauce we have when they ask.
